- Manage and lead projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and new product introductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Work closely with product design teams to ensure that designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and align with production capabilities.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and process considerations.
- Lead the design and development of manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with production goals and quality standards.
- Implement improvements to existing processes, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to optimize efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and implement solutions to increase overall effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to processes, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement measures that enhance product quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- 4 year degree in engineering
- 5 years related experience, or 3 years related experience and a Masters Degree, or a PhD
- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process development, optimization, and project management.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree in manufacturing or mechanical
- Previous experience using additive manufacturing

As a
Senior Manufacturing Engineer , you will play a key role in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall productivity.
