- Assume operations facing project management responsibilities during systemic transformations to the CMMS/EAM platform.
- Partner with sites around North America to standardize maintenance data acquisition and key performance indicators.
- Cultivate a culture of reliability within the maintenance community by coaching and facilitating communities of practice.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze maintenance data and drive reliability improvements, optimize preventive work and explore predictive opportunities.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Candidates with a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered, provided they can meet the role's objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Desired, but Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience using an EAM or CMMS system to deliver data-driven maintenance insights.
- Deep knowledge of industrial machinery, systems and processes.
- Experience applying relevant techniques (FMEA, Fault Tree, RCA, 5 Why's, etc.) to solve complex problems.
- Proven track record of integrating reliability engineering practices within a maintenance culture.

Purpose of Role: As our newest team member, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the utilization and effectiveness of our EAM/CMMS system. Your mission is to streamline data and insight delivery within our global factories, with an emphasis on our Newton, MS foundry. Success in this dynamic role hinges on your ability to collaborate closely with IT, operations, maintenance, and external contractors while guiding projects from conception to completion.
