    As a Strategic Planning Management Analyst at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic planning efforts and guiding the development of strategic initiatives.

    ResponsibilitiesLead management and execution of program management infrastructure, including facilitating coordination across EAD and with the project support teamCollaborate with Division personnel to define, track, and monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverablesDevelop a Division-wide Annual Operations Plan that addresses the Division's unique role and function within the Agency and outlines primary services for the calendar yearDevelop and execute a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the Division's needsDevelop detailed projects plans and provide direction to junior staff.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or other discipline relevant to management of large, complex programs5+ years' experience executing multi-task projects of high complexity, including program evaluation and management, organizational change, business process improvement, and strategic communications (internal and external)Experienced using MS Planner to develop and monitor detailed project plans, including assigning resources, time, and interim milestones across a critical pathExperienced managing and coaching junior staffExcellent written and verbal communication/presentation skillsAbility to pass a DHS FEMA suitability investigation (Public Trust)

    Preferred

    Existing DHS or FEMA Entry on Duty suitabilityExperience working in insurance or national security related fieldExperience in federal government consultingExperience in IT, cybersecurity, or national security related fieldFamiliarity with Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/FEMA programs or initiatives
