    Description du poste :
    • The Supply Chain Planner/Analyst plays a crucial role as the bridge between Malt Supply Chain and production plants for day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include implementing and managing inventory strategies to maintain the balance between sales inventory at Production facilities and the entire 3PL network. Ensuring compliance with shelf life standards (FIFO) and overseeing excess/shortage inventory at 3PLs.
    • Key responsibilities:
    • Implementing and managing inventory strategies to optimize network inventories for Production facilities and the complete 3PL network.
    • Assessing customer demand and production schedules.
    • Developing plans to meet supply network inventory levels, including safety stock.
    • Proactively addressing product and material availability issues.
    • Maintaining and monitoring master data for effective future requirement planning.
    • Supporting sites in shipping execution and supervising daily performance with the Transportation and Logistics Team.
    • Leading month-end activities and highlighting overstocks or inventory nearing expiration.
    • Fostering relationships with external suppliers and ensuring adequate stock of external products.
    • Collaborating with the AP team to reconcile invoices related to 3PL costs and orders of external products.
    • Cultivating strong relationships for continuous improvements and recommendations to enhance service level performance.
    • Identifying and backing process improvement initiatives or supply chain/logistics projects.
    • Participating in customer/supplier non-conformance team meetings. Be ready to learn and cover other Supply Chain roles as necessary.
    Description du profil :
    • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory management, and Production Planning.
    • Preferably with exposure to the Grain industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with various departments, plants, and suppliers.
    • Authorized to work in the USA, holding a valid passport with the flexibility to travel to Canada.
    • Proficiency in Excel, other office suite applications, and familiarity with SAP.
    • Proficiency in English is a must, while Spanish proficiency would be advantageous.
