- Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour.
- Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift
- Shift Differential: $2.50/hour (2nd shift) & $3.00/hour (3rd shift).
- Loading and unloading materials into the tumbler machine.
- Operating the tumbler machine efficiently.
- Moving materials to the next processing stage.
- Conducting machine maintenance.
- Operating cranes and conducting daily checks.
- Utilizing hand jacks and forklifts.
- Using barcodes for tracking completions.
- Conducting quality checks using dial gauges.
- Maintaining daily reports.
- Performing tooling changes (e.g., plate, wheel, comb, in chute, out chute).
- Checking hydraulic systems, lube oil, and dresser unit as part of maintenance.
- Troubleshooting machinery issues.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area (5S/3D principles).
- Handling lapping (L23) and coolant tank clean-up.
- Operating the brush washer machine and conducting maintenance.
- Handling material from washer to conveyor.
- Mixing L23 oil.
- Adjusting dresser body (wheel/plate depth) and changing diamond.
- Separating materials.
- Running three production lines per person.
- To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Competency in reading and writing in English.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic.
- Problem-solving skills relevant to production machinery.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Lifting and carrying heavy materials.
