    1-3 years RN experience.

    $15K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and


    RN IV:
    10+ years RN experience)

    Distributed in 3 payments:


    1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee's one-year anniversary in the role.3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee's two-year anniversary in the role.

    PAYOur RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000.There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.

    Patients are on telemetry cardiac monitoring. We commonly care for patients with congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, NSTEMI, hypertensive crisis, post
    • Cath/PCI, post CABG, post vascular surgery, and other heart and vascular diagnoses.
    Utilize Heparin, Lasix, and Amiodarone infusions. Chest tubes, drains and wound vacs are common. Our staff is BLS certified, with ACLS preferred. Decisions are made using a unit-based shared governance council in accordance with principles. Staff have a voice in their work environment and how care is provided. The nurse to patient ratio ranges from 1:5, with a vast amount of support resources. RequirementsMust have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions.
