    Currently, we are looking for a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to assist with various tasks at the Genoa mental health pharmacy, including dispensing medical prescriptions and performing clerical duties under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

    Work Hours: The Pharmacy operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 pm CST. The role requires 20 hours of work per week within this schedule, and the manager will arrange the specific workdays.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Providing exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff
    • Dispensing prescription orders under pharmacist supervision
    • Managing pharmacy supplies, including ordering and receiving
    • Processing medication orders and maintaining inventory records
    • Assisting in pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulations
    • Performing various clerical tasks
    • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing
    • Delivering medications
    • Completing any other assigned duties

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Kansas Pharmacy Technician license
    • Ability to obtain PTCB certification within 2 years of licensure
    • Access to reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
    • Experience in pharmacy and prescription data entry
