- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical skills
- Compiling and analyzing inventory activity
- Researching and analyzing consumption rates and BOM's
- Preparing operational KPI's
- Researching labor variances and indirect labor usage
- Assisting with monthly forecasts
- Contributing to Operations & Manufacturing projects
- Participating in annual Physical Inventories
- Supporting Operational Planning and output analysis
- Assisting in sales and shipping analysis
- Creating detailed reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- Conducting overhead absorption analysis
- Performing standard cost rollup analysis
- Reviewing slow-moving and obsolete items
- Analyzing intercompany material transfers
- Participating in month-end close processes and preparing reports
- Monitoring changes in processes to assess impacts on costs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Access, Excel, and Word
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in consumption and inventory management
