Position Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, coupled with the ability to work independently. While a background in commercial/residential landscape management is not required, familiarity with landscape operations and terminology is highly desirable.

Administrative:

• Professional communication with community managers, vendors, suppliers, and co-workers, ensuring prompt service and resolution of all concerns.
• Collaboration with company owners, department heads, and co-workers to ensure the successful completion of assigned duties.
• Proficient computer and telephone skills allowing for efficient creation of daily work orders requested reports along with superior internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to recommend efficiencies, learn internal computer systems, and maintain a positive outlook.
• Proficient in maintaining key operational items such as forms, office supplies, new hire paperwork and completing daily, monthly, and annual reports.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Flexibility in daily routine and ability to prioritize and manage evolving responsibilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive approach in executing all assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Administrative experience.
• Landscape industry experience is a plus.
