- Conducting yearly close activities, including month, quarter, and year-end closing
- Reconciling various accounts, such as financial statements, journal entries, bank accounts, balance sheets, credit cards, fixed assets, prepaids, and accrued liabilities
- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Conducting analyses of sales, trends, revenue, and other financial metrics
- Working with big data files in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, IFTHEN formulas
- Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level accounting position
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Experience with a variety of ERP software platforms
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, publicly traded company preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Advanced), Word, and Outlook

Compensation: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
