- Responsible for evaluating existing business processes, recommends and implements process improvements, assist and/or leads resolving business process problems and serves as a resource for addressing daily production or process related issues.
- May include developing recommending and implementing pricing strategies, developing Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) processes and recommending master schedule changes.
- Evaluates existing business processes and assists in resolving issues that arise relating to those processes.
- Ensures that unit processes are in alignment with the Division processes and objectives.
- Manages the Order Fulfillment Process by developing, recommending and implementing strategies to the master schedule.
- Investigates, analyzes and resolves business process issues in order to correct deficiencies, reduce costs and improve processes and performance.
- Analyzes business forecasts, recommends changes to the business schedules and creates and maintains master production schedules and shipping schedules.
- Participates in and facilitates regularly scheduled meetings with management and representatives from the factory and marketing to discuss current and future business process needs, both current and future.
- The Parts Analyst position at Client location works directly with the customer support, supply management, and design teams to determine the service parts requirements for our new product programs.
- They are responsible for executing the workflow necessary to set up new service parts to include the initial stocking quantities for the various global parts distribution centers and tracking progress until 100% of the parts are stocked.
- This position is also involved in various business improvement projects for Client location, to include inventory management.
- Key metrics for this position include 95% fill percentage at the global depots and 100% ISO
- Fill percentage for new product programs.
