    Pay & Perks
    • $18.27/hour starting wage
    • $5,000 sign-on bonus

    What You'll Do
    • Build positive, supportive relationships with youth
    • Provide daily structure, supervision, and encouragement
    • Create a safe and empowering environment
    • Teach essential life skills, healthy communication, and resilience
    Winnie's Sisu House is a trauma-informed transitional living program for girls who have experienced exploitation, offering safety, stability, and hope.
    Hawkins Home is astructured, supportive program helping young women build confidence and skills as they transition into adulthood.

    Requirements
    Who We're Looking For:
    We're searching for responsible, mature, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering at-risk youth. If you're someone who can set healthy boundaries, communicate clearly, stay calm in tough moments, and lead by example - you'll thrive here.
    Must-Haves:
    • 21+ years of age
    • Valid Minnesota driver's license
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Confidence in providing structure and setting firm, positive limits
    Nice-to-Haves (but not required):
    • Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields
    • Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings
    If you bring heart, integrity, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to grow.
