Role Description
We are seeking a

BCBA/BCABA

who can work both independently, assessing pediatric patients, and collaboratively with a team as an effective supervisor of a group of

RBTs

(Registered Behavior Technicians).

The role involves assessing the behaviors of children with developmental disabilities, designing treatment programs, modifying behaviors, conducting parent education, and providing psychological interventions.

Additionally, the role includes behavior management and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Location
The position is

on-site , and we have two locations: Orlando and Tampa. You can choose the most convenient location for you.

Responsibilities
Creating and implementing initial assessments and reassessments.
Providing parent and caregiver training to guardians and educators.
Supervising RBTs for the amount of time specified in the assessment.
Offering guidance and support to the behavioral team within the setting.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with a team of therapists and educators in an academic setting.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, experience in Parent Education and Psychology, strong skills in Behavior Management, and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA).

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as organizational and time-management abilities, are essential.

A Bachelors or Masters degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
