- Manage preconstruction activities from project inception to bidding phase
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans
- Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and schematics
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management and preconstruction activities
- Proficiency in Primavera software for project scheduling
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction documents
- Knowledge of building contracts and procurement processes
- Familiarity with HeavyBid and Prolog software is a plus
