    The ideal candidate will lead HR functions to support the hotel's commitment to excellence in service and hospitality. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, a passion for people, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage employee relations, promoting a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and adherence to company policies.
    • Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, service excellence, and compliance with luxury brand standards.
    • Oversee performance management, including goal setting, regular feedback, performance appraisals, and addressing performance issues.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop workforce plans that align with business goals and operational needs.
    • Oversee employee health and safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
    • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certification is a plus.
