- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

- Supervise a team of tax associates, providing guidance and mentoring
- Participate in business development activities to expand client base
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
- Active CPA license
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent communication and client service skills
