    Job Title

    Seeking Tax Senior with Strong Individual and Trusts/Estates Background

    R.D. Barnett is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our dynamic tax team. This role involves providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse clientele. You will work closely with fellow CPAs and staff members to ensure our clients' tax needs are met efficiently and accurately, while fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency.

    • Conduct thorough tax research and offer strategic planning advice.
    • Review and ensure the accuracy of tax filings, including federal and state.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee tax compliance and preparation for individuals and affiliated trusts.
    • Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results.

    Requirements:
    Candidate Qualifications:

    • CPA license or eligible with 3+ years of public accounting experience, including tax return preparation and review.
    • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree and/or an advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation.
    • Ability to work up to 60 hours during peak periods.
    • References from prior employers/supervisors/clients.
