*The Physical Therapist OP evaluates and treats patients to maintain or restore patients to their maximum functional performance level and completes discharge planning.
*FOR PT I:
o Bachelors, or Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
o Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.

• *FOR PT II:

o Experience with Lymphedema Therapy for this position only.
o Bachelor's, or Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
o Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
