Job summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads and securing meetings within multi-dwelling (MDU) and single-family home (SFH) communities. This position is critical to the success of the sales team and requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships and rapport over the phone, email and in person.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Discover opportunities through research using a variety of sources relating to existing and future residential developments, condominiums, and apartments.
  • Contact and engage with decision-makers to set meetings for the Sales team
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM regularly to position Sales and Marketing efforts.
