    Description

    Credentialing Specialist

    IDR is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in the Sioux Falls, SD area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee reappointment cycles, prioritizing work to meet anticipated start dates and expiration deadlines.
    • Ensure completeness and identify issues requiring additional information or investigation on applications.
    • Verify accuracy of application data entry and oversee final review of processed verifications for quality and content.
    • Facilitate committees in preparation of agenda materials and follow-up of recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in credentialing within the medical or insurance fields.
    • At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in overseeing workflows and timelines for credentialing processes.
    • Proficiency in conducting audits and generating reports related to credentialing.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in credentialing are a plus.

    Compensation Details:

    $19 per hour W2.
