    Apply todayResponsibilities The Respiratory Therapist (RRT, RT) is responsible for providing Cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with physician's orders, department policies and procedures.

    The Respiratory Therapist meets the requirements set forth by Regulatory Agencies (DMS, STATE, OSHA, JCAHO). This position does have direct patient contact.
    Education and Experience
    Education Requirements

    Graduate of an AMA approved school of respiratory therapy.

    License Requirements

    CPR certification.

    ACLS certification

    Current Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Louisiana

    Skill Requirements

    Knowledge of all aspects of cardiopulmonary care services

    Basic computer skills.
