We're looking for a NYC Retail Manager to support the growth of our expanding offerings. The Retail Manager will need to wear many hats Full financial and operational responsibilities of a retail store and a showroom, building strong relationships with consumers and customers while working closely with the leadership team to execute on key strategies and growth initiatives, the ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and loves truffles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Retail Store:

    • Oversee the launch and day-to-day operations of our retail store in NYC
    • Optimize sales through concepting new menu items, effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
    • Lead the recruitment process to identify, hire, and train a highly skilled Store Manager and support team for the NYC retail store
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support for effective store management
    • Expansion efforts - lead and execute the strategic planning and successful launch of potential additional retail formats

    NYC Showroom:

    • Manage showroom which will be used to host key wholesale customers and events
    • Strategically market and sell our showroom space for a diverse range of events, including private dinners, corporate retreats, and bespoke gatherings.
    • Efficiently coordinate and manage the booking process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for clients hosting events in our exclusive showroom.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a compelling event package.
    • Act as the point of contact for clients, providing personalized consultations and ensuring that their event visions align seamlessly with the offerings of our showroom

    Corporate Gifting:

    • Execute the launch of a corporate gifting program tailored for NYC businesses
    • Identify potential corporate clients and foster strong relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in retail, hospitality or restaurants
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Must live in NYC metro area and be able to commute daily to NYC
    • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and projects
    • Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Proven success in establishing collaborative partnerships with external business entities for long-term, sustainable growth
    • A passion for culinary and demonstrated eagerness to grow in the ever-evolving landscape of the culinary industry
    • Readiness to champion and embody the Sabatino brand's values and ethos
    • Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills

    What we offer:

    • Annual base salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Bonus up to 20% of base salary
