- Provide strategic financial counsel and expert consultation to senior leadership and business area leaders.
- Oversee gathering, analysis, and presentation of current and future financial trends and performance.
- Lead complex financial evaluations, confidential studies, and scenario modeling for annual budgets and multi-year forecasts.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, exercising independent judgment and interpreting accounting guidance.
- Manage projects, implement process improvements, and deliver business solutions that drive operational and financial excellence.
- Direct and review the work of Financial Analysts, providing mentorship and leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Finance and Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA, CPA, CFA preferred.
- Experience in financial accounting, reporting, or analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; strong financial and economic modeling expertise.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to manipulate large datasets and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred) and financial databases.
- Proven experience bridging Finance and Operations teams.
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $45-$65/hr.
