    The Opportunity

    Work in one of the world's top in-house creative agencies and help drive the vision of generative AI and other innovations into our creative process. This position merges technical expertise with creative leadership, driving how we use Adobe tools in building digital experiences.

    What you'll Do

    • Conceptualize and prototype creative workflows, using knowledge of trends and other emerging technologies.
    • Collaborate with team members to find solutions to complex problems.
    • Inform and drive improvements to Adobe tools and technologies.
    • Understand the creative landscape and inform best practices for generative AI
    • Guide the development of our design systems and tools.
    • Strive for operational excellence by identifying and driving improvements in design processes.
    • Support and promote our brand standards across various disciplines
    • Evangelize new work processes and innovations

    What you need to succeed

    • 8+ years of Graphic Design or a related field with significant commercial experience, ideally a mix of agency and in-house.
    • Possess a unique blend of technical prowess, artistic sensibility, and leadership skills to inspire and lead creative teams.
    • Highly skilled using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc), Figma, and other relevant tools.
    • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $81,800 -- $199,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
