Overview
Otterbein at SpringMeade Health Center is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. TheSous Chef is responsible for helping Otterbein manage the overall dining experience of the campus. The position will manage all daily operations, including overall direction of kitchen staff. The position requires an individual who will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Qualifications
Education: A degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus.
Licensure: ServSafe certification.
Experience: 2 to 5 years cooking experience in LTC or similar setting preferred
