- Perform assigned tasks based on instructions, drawings, and wiring schematics.
- Use various tools for wiring switchboards, such as wire strippers, crimpers, wire cutters, impact guns, drills, and pliers.
- Adhere to established procedures for handling materials.
- Maintain job progress and report any issues or parts shortages.
- Follow housekeeping and safety protocols to keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Lift up to 35 lbs. with reasonable accommodation as needed.
- Assist in other business functions as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and demonstrate a sense of urgency and independence.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must meet one of the following criteria:
- 1 year of electrical wiring experience.
- Completed technical degree in a related field.
- Connectors I & II certifications and 1 year of experience as an Assembler III.
- 2+ years of wiring experience.
- 2+ years of assembly experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wiring assembly.
- Self-motivated and capable of achieving desired results with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
- Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions affecting the team.
- Focus on meeting assigned goals and objectives.

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Assembler IV. The working hours for this position are from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. The hourly rate for this role is $19.68 and is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
Responsibilities:
The Assembler IV is in charge of a variety of tasks including wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. They are also responsible for performing assembly or wiring necessary for test preparation and final inspection. All tasks must meet quantity and quality standards as per assigned functions.
