Job Summary
The Onsite Staffing Representative will be stationed at our client's facility to manage the day-to-day operations of our contingent workforce. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both the client's management team and our temporary employees, ensuring high retention, seamless communication, and fulfillment of all staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with floor supervisors and HR managers to understand daily production goals and workforce requirements.
- Employee Relations: Conduct onsite orientations, manage employee check-ins, and address payroll or workplace concerns immediately.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee attendance and productivity; deliver coaching, disciplinary actions, or terminations when necessary.
- Recruitment Coordination: Work with the branch recruiting team to communicate upcoming needs and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety walkthroughs, ensure employees are wearing proper PPE, and assist in reporting any onsite workplace injuries.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reports on fill rates, turnover, and headcount to the client as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years in staffing or HR
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook is a must) and experience with ATS softwares
- Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work hours that align with the client's shifts (e.g., early morning starts or occasional evening check-ins)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred in light industrial settings.
