We are seeking a seasoned OR Manager to lead our people-first culture. The successful candidate will oversee all operations within the operating room suites and develop a team that delivers patient-centric quality care.Responsibilities
- Provide leadership supervision and development for OR nursing and support staff
- Maintain compliance with state federal and accreditation standards
- Collaborate closely with surgeons anesthesia providers administrative leadership supply equipment management vendors quality improvement initiatives patient safety programs policy development recruitment onboarding performance evaluations staff education effective communication positive team culture
