    As the Lead Solutions Architect for our Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and integrity of solutions, providing best practice recommendations tailored to clients' requirements. Your role involves leveraging your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and products, along with your exceptional interpersonal skills, to align business needs with technical specifications, communicate your vision to stakeholders, and delegate tasks effectively to team members. Additionally, you will offer guidance and expertise to other Salesforce professionals within the team.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Conducting thorough research on clients' Salesforce usage, presenting findings and recommendations along with a roadmap for solutions,
    • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements,
    • Reviewing solutions and suggesting enhancements,
    • Managing and refining the Salesforce product backlog in coordination with project stakeholders,
    • Owning the design of Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions,
    • Acting as a release manager, overseeing the deployment of configuration and coded items across environments, including making necessary changes,
    • Providing input on user story creation and ensuring clear success criteria for each story,
    • Communicating designs effectively with justifications,
    • Documenting testing procedures thoroughly,
    • Supervising configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes for Salesforce projects,
    • Coordinating project and workstream schedules collaboratively.
    • Engaging in discussions with clients at all levels, from project teams to executives.

    What you'll need to be successful:

    • Minimum of 5 years leading Salesforce implementation projects,
    • Outstanding communication skills for various audiences, both written and verbal, in-person and virtual settings,
    • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset,
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights based on data,
    • Availability and responsiveness to inquiries and instructions,
    • Ability to visually and verbally articulate concepts to help stakeholders make informed decisions,
    • Strategic approach to solution design with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively,
    • Capability to mentor and guide a diverse team of Salesforce professionals,
    • Experience with Litify or other legal case management applications on Salesforce is a bonus,
    • Knowledge of code and compliance is advantageous.
