    Payroll Administrator/ Accounting Support

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Payroll Administrator/ Accounting Support to join our dynamic Accounting team.
    As an Payroll Administrator/ Accounting Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate payroll processing is completed on a bi-weekly basis of all hotel employees.

  • What you will be doing:

  • Bi-weekly Payroll processing and collecting all supporting documentation according to Focus Audit company guidelines outlined.
  • Generating and providing accurate reports which will include the daily Labor Report, producing Payroll journal entries and completing Month End closing reports and processes.
  • Providing Accounting support where necessary, to include supporting Accounts Receivables and reporting to the Assistant Controller.
  • Reviewing Daily Operations Packet (Audit Pack) to ensure accuracy and research any missing items. S/He will ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed in order to maintain proper Focus Audit controls.
  • Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Two years of Accounting/Supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure proper and accurate reporting and timely payment of accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • OPERA & Silverware experience is preferred.
  • Must have experience working with computers, specifically Excel and Word.
