Co-brand Account Specialist - McLean, United States - McKinley Marketing Partners

Our hospitality client is looking for a

co-brand account specialist

to join their in-house creative team. The account specialist will oversee creative development and will support project management for campaigns. This role is a mix of account management, client services, project management, and creative resource delegation.
This is a long-term (6+ months) W2 contract position. Candidates must be able to commute to McLean, VA on a hybrid basis. All contract roles offer a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Help drive the execution of campaigns
Assist in the development of project plans including timelines, schedules, budgets, billing and asset trackers on your projects
Manage the delivery of creative work
Communicate project status, as well as potential issues and/or risks to the appropriate teams
Work cross-functionally to support and drive marketing tactics from end-to-end utilizing clear and open communication
Route creative content and copy coordination for email marketing campaigns, website management and media formation through internal teams, C-Suite members and third-party vendors
Help draft creative briefs/project briefs for intake and leadership review
Requirements
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
Experience building detailed project plans and managing creative teams
Experience working at an external or in-house creative agency
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
