Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in various settings. Your expertise and quick thinking will be crucial in saving lives and providing quality care.


Duties:

• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate medical assistance
• Assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Administer necessary medical interventions, such as CPR, airway management, and medication administration
• Perform triage to prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition
• Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection during procedures
• Conduct venipuncture for blood draws and administer injections as needed
• Communicate with hospital staff to provide patient information and ensure seamless transfer of care
• Document patient information, treatment provided, and response to interventions accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are ready for use at all times
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paramedic in an emergency setting is preferred
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of emergency medical protocols
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, venipuncture, and medication administration
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required in emergency situations

Skills:

• Excellent driving skills and ability to navigate through traffic safely and efficiently
• Strong triage skills to assess patients' conditions quickly and accurately
• Proficient in airway management techniques to ensure proper breathing for patients in distress
• Ability to administer medications accurately and safely according to established protocols
