    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing team to enhance the Company's business development efforts by providing original graphic design services for Company marketing collateral, communication materials, and presentations.

    This role will support proposal preparation and maintenance of the Company website and presence across all pertinent social media platforms.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES:
    Assists the Proposal Lead with the preparation of proposals and prequalification documents, including project data, resumes, infographics, photography, and layout
    Assists in the development and maintenance of marketing and proposal database including opportunities, project descriptions, and resumes in the Company's CRM system
    Ensures all collateral materials comply with current corporate branding and graphic standards. Participates in the development of new standards and uses discretion to make decisions regarding graphic and design development
    Produces engaging and informative visual and written content for various marketing channels, including proposals, presentations, print materials, website, and social media
    Plans and executes social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our audience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
    Takes photos of employees, jobsites and Company events, as needed, and/or procures professional photography for completed projects; maintains photograph catalog
    Coordinates and promotes Company events, conferences, trade shows, and community initiatives. This includes planning logistics and creating promotional materials
    Supports the general office needs with design and production of collateral items such as report covers, banners, ads and other design and printing needs
    Other duties, as assigned

    Four-year degree in

    Marketing/Communications/Graphic

    Design or associated field of study with at least four (4) years of experience in proposal and graphic design for the AEC industry
    Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Knowledge of CRM software (Cosential/Unanet) and other construction programs is highly desired.
    Strong marketing experience with willingness to take risks and push the envelope, trying innovative tactics to keep the Company 'Best in Class'
    Willingness to travel to various job sites to capture photos of project phases and project milestones.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
    Creative and self-motivated with attention to detail and focus on quality of results
    Possesses excellent organizational skills, is efficient and reliable
    Team player with the ability to recognize how individual actions affect the team as a whole
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or schedule


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required
    Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted
    May require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers
    May require prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing throughout workday
    Valid driver license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle
    Requires exercising discretion in decision making and maintaining strict confidentiality with respect to applicant, employee, and Company proprietary information
