Unleash your passion for occupational therapy in an impactful school-based role Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an eager Occupational Therapist for a contract position. We invite dedicated professionals to join us in providing essential support to students.

Location: Napoleonville, LA
(school location is required to be protected until an interview is confirmed)

• Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT) April-May
• Schedule: Full-Time (37.5hrs/weekly) 7:30-3:00pm with a half hour lunch.
• Caseload: currently 72 children : These students are spread across the district, so there would be travel between schools.

Requirements:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Adherence to local and state regulations
• Preferred experience with special education students and families

Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to evaluate students' motor skills and functional abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to support student success
• Providing direct occupational therapy services to students

(Day to Day can be discussed at Interview)
