    Overview

    The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and business model for patient access services and related market opportunities. The successful Senior Product Manager is passionate about data-driven decision making, developing a deep understanding of customer and end-user needs, and developing elegant and beautiful solutions to pervasive industry pain points.

    You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the business development team, account management, and key customers. Expect to present at customer meetings, conferences, and attend relevant industry trade shows.

    Responsibilities

    Lead new product development through entire lifecycle:
    • Ideation
    • Specification
    • Development
    • Release
    • Analysis
    • Iteration
    Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through:
    • User testing
    • A/B testing
    • Prototypes, etc.
    Track evolving user needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to develop nuanced understanding of user needs and pain points

    Build strong partnerships with internal teams:
    • Product
    • Technology
    • Marketing
    • Sales
    Specify market requirements for current and future products by:
    • Conducting market research
    • Customer and prospect interaction
    • Analyzing competitive intelligence
    Ensure smooth implementation of products and services through:
    • Project management
    • Account teams
    Drive solution set across engineering teams via Product Owner role within Agile Scrum framework

    Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plan, collaborating with all departments to execute

    Act as the voice of the customer to deliver industry-leading user experience.

    Qualifications

    5+ years' product management experience including strategic planning and implementation required

    Experience managing web-based, Software-as-a-Service products preferred.

    Experience in the healthcare field or adjacent industries required, pharmaceutical industry a definite plus.
