System One is seeking to hire a
Senior Network Engineer for a large Tulsa-based company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level networking, Cisco switches, SAN configuration and Veeam backup system. Experience with Fortinet and VMWare are nice-to-have skills. In addition, the chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide guidance for best practices. This position is fully onsite.

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of the IT Sr. Network Systems Engineer is to provide for administration of existing and new information technology design implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provides 3rd tier network, system and connectivity troubleshooting and support
• Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
• Manages successful operation and monitoring of key infrastructure systems including email, EMR system, storage systems, print servers, backup operations and servers

REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: 4 year/Bachelor's Degree

Experience:Minimum five (5) years of experience in IT Network Systems Engineering

License and Certification:CCNA, CISSP, VMware certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Broad knowledge of network applications and a thorough understanding of server and network technology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments, employees, and managers.
