WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dedicated leader to join our reputable organization, bringing along a blend of passion and purpose. With a legacy spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes to cater to our current base of 2,000 business clients. Your mission? Cultivating connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads, all while guiding a small, efficient team to do the same.

As you delve into mentoring your team members, you'll gradually progress towards the esteemed position of Agency Director. This journey involves mastering the essential skills with the help of our well-defined systems and procedures. This opportunity offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and support existing client portfolio
Research potential business prospects in a B2B setting
Oversee and drive team performance and outcomes
Provide training and guidance to new team members on established systems
Consistently report on field activities through a Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on team recruitment, training, and leadership development

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background check and personal transportation are essential
Successful completion of a 45-day evaluation period before advancement
