    Educational, School & Counseling Psychology

    Job Description

    The Department of Educational, School & Counseling Psychology seeks to fill a position. The department serves primarily graduate students with some undergraduate courses. The department has a very strong online presence, two nationally accredited programs, and a joint international master's program. The position will serve our on-line and campus programs and will be cross trained to allow coverage of both positions. The primary function of this position is to support faculty and students with activities with job duties as described below. You can find additional department information on our website:

    Job Duties include:

    • Responding to student, faculty, and prospective student queries about departmental graduate programs, faculty/staff, and services provided by the department. This will be completed both in-person as well as being responsive to online inquiries
    • Supporting other student support staff, the department chair, and the director of graduate studies with clerical and organizational tasks for graduate students and the department in general
    • Prepare, collect, and submit graduate student forms and progress documentation in collaboration with the student and faculty members
    • Collaborate with faculty regarding graduate student recruitment, admission, and progress/advising
    • Support relevant data collection necessary for accreditation processes
    Shift

    Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional evenings and weekends.

    Minimum Qualifications

    A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

    Anticipated Hiring Range

    Salary commensurate with education and experience.

    Salary Range: $ $22.00 per hour
