Network Contract Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management within a healthcare or mental health setting.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare contracting processes, including negotiation and compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Network Contract Manager Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee contracts with insurance providers, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Billing, Claims, and Quality Assurance, to address contract-related issues.
Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and contracting processes.
Provide guidance and support to staff involved in contract management.
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to enhance contract compliance.
Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare partners to resolve contract-related issues.
Generate reports on contract status, reimbursement rates, and other relevant metrics.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant healthcare policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
