- Develops and steers the employment brand strategy, in collaboration with corporate communications, talent acquisition leadership, facility leadership, and external associates.
- Formulates and maintains various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) and report summaries for distribution to recruiting, HR, and operations management.
- Oversees weekly and monthly financial evaluations for vendor performance, including dashboard oversight. Engages in the establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to evaluate vendor performance.
- Takes the helm on designated projects and programs, organizing internal and external teams/resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery under senior leadership's guidance.
- Handles scheduling for the incorporation of branding elements into different offline and online media platforms.
- Serves as the primary contact for vendors, ensuring adherence to contract terms, providing performance feedback, and managing invoicing procedures.
- Ensures alignment of employment brand standards with the internal communications team.
- Domestic U.S. travel may be necessary.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited university is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience in HR, with a preference for expertise in talent acquisition.
- Proficient in handling data sets along with a sound project management background, particularly in implementing enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or similar software is a must.

As the Talent Acquisition Process and Program Manager, you will take charge of vital components of CoreCivic's recruitment strategy and operations. This includes collaborating with internal and external partners to meet project deadlines effectively. You'll collaborate with management to execute cost-effective strategies for sourcing top talent, liaise with recruitment advertising partners, and handle invoice processing efficiently. Your role also involves facilitating creative content requirements by providing accurate and timely deliverables and supervising the output of both internal and external creative teams.Together with HR, talent acquisition, and communications teams, you'll oversee the implementation of brand strategy initiatives. You'll work closely with both internal and external communications to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of content strategy. Moreover, you'll offer assistance in HR projects and FMSP process, such as waiver creation and managing signature requests.
