Specialize in using ionizing radiation toproduce cross-sectional images. Perform diagnostic ComputerizedTomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribedstandards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
Provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal,pediatrics, adult, andgeriatrics
Qualifications:
MINIMUMEDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an AMA approvedRadiologic Technology program.
MINIMUMEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of one (1) yearexperience as a Radiological Technologist
If less than oneyear as a Radiologic Technologist, Registered by the AmericanRegistry of
Radiologic Technology (CT).
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONREQUIRED BY LAW:
Registered by the AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technology (R).
If less than oneyear as a Radiologic Technologist, Registered by the AmericanRegistry of
Radiologic Technology(CT).
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced certification by ARRTin CT preferred.
BLS certification required. Six (6)months experience preferred.
