Information Technology Specialist - Fort Eisenhower, United States - U.S. Army Cyber Command

Description

Coordinates with Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Networks (JFHQ-DODIN) for tactical control of DCO assets as well as synchronizing across all Service components for situational awareness and information validation.

Individual will maintain regular contact with counterparts in the CO and Information Assurance (IA) communities to address specific threats to the DODIN.

Monitors and, as required, directs IWOC personnel to integrate, synchronize and support the combatant commanders by deployment of ARCYBER personnel when required.

Coordinates directly with the Cyberspace Threat Assessment team for both proactive and reactive threats to the Army portion of the DODIN.

Assists the IWOC DCO Branch Chief in the current fight to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of Army information and information systems worldwide.
