+Responsibilities
- Performs basic patient care procedures as delegated under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse Reports pertinent observations to the RN +
- Takes patient's vital signs temperature pulse respiration blood pressure and patient identified pain score Maintains accurate Intake and Output on patients as assigned+/
- Assists patients with their meals and feeds patients who are unable to feed themselves Distributes additional nutrition and drinking water+
