CompHealth is currently assisting a financially stable hospital in Indiana with their search for a day hospitalist. They need assistance with the growing patient census/growing a practice/because a current physician is retiring.

The night shifts are currently staffed by a nurse practitioner, using the day hospitalist back up for rare phone calls.

Coverage includes general inpatient medical/surgical units, an open ICU, and co-management of surgical patients. They welcome candidates that are board certified or board eligible, and H-1B visa transfers. Enjoy the security of hospital employment with excellent benefits. Employment contract is a 3- or 5-year agreement with a base salary and quarterly bonuses.
