    LPN/LVN Hospice Job Opportunity


    Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a hospice role in Indianapolis, Indiana.



    Job Responsibilities and Requirements



    • Promote Elara Caring's philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

    • Review and clear coordination notes, processes administrative tasks, and obtains orders from physicians.

    • Maintain the At-Risk registry, provide clerical support to patients, and perform chart audits as required by policy.

    • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; may perform field visits as needed.


    Candidate Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with LVN/LPN license valid for the state of work.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a nurse in a clinical setting. Must have dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, current auto insurance according to state laws. Ability to sit stand bend lift move intermittently & be able to lift 50-100 lbs.​​
