    All Stars Early Learning Center is actively seeking passionate and nurturing individuals that want to make a difference in children's lives.     • Employment: Full-time/Part-time positions available
    • Location: Fort Worth, TX 76120
    • Day Shift Monday – Friday
    • Flexible schedule

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Observe all rules and regulations and always maintain compliance with all minimum standards.
    • Promotes feelings of trust and security in the children in his/her care
    • Implements best practices and developmentally appropriate practice methods.
    • Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the learning curriculum/program.
    • Maintains a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
    • Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior.
    • Organizes each day's activities to provide children with a variety of experiences and opportunities that allow them to develop curiosity, initiative, problem solving skills, and creativity, as well as a sense of self and a feeling of belonging to the group.
    • Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.
    • Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
    • Ensuring all children have good hygiene

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Must pass background check and FBI fingerprinting
    • Must have a valid Driver's License or ID
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Childcare experience: 1 year required
    • Reliable transportation
    • CPR Certification (Preferred)
    • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
    • Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a large group of children in a classroom
    • Must be willing to obtain 24 hours of training within the first 90 days of employment for on boarding and obtain at least 24 hours of training every year.
    • Must be willing to take a daycare/food handlers class for the Health Department every two years
    • Must be able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull and carry children up to 70 lbs.
