    This shore-based position is responsible for ensuring seamless tour operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining efficient logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for directing cruise ship guests, coordinating with tour partners, and upholding our company's high standards of quality and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and coordinate passenger movement between cruise ships and tour coaches.
    • Assist with sales and logistics, working closely with bus companies and ship staff to meet passengers' special needs.
    • Communicate effectively with Allen Marine employees via company radios and maintain periodic reports of passenger counts and daily sales.
    • Conduct settlement transactions with cruise line representatives and respond to e-mails as needed.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations with ease.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of accuracy in tasks.

    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands of this position include standing for long periods, walking up to 3 miles per day, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

    Compensation Package:

    We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
