Job summary
Serves as a leader for the leasing consultants by applying creative sales strategies to motivate the team and reach occupancy goals Maintain resident ledges including posting rent payments and issuing charges concessions and final account statements Initiate all necessary lease violations late rent notices and evictions as needed Assist Property Manager with Accounting Month End Assist with the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale completing lease documents and inspecting apartments to ensure residents have an excellent move-in experience Understand the value of property features as they relate to prospective residents needs Support occupancy retention goals by following up with potential current residents Build relationships with residents through courteous timely response to needs concerns Promote resident satisfaction retention by responding complaints questions requests in a timely manner taking appropriate action resolve address service issues Work other teammates plan organize resident events Train develop other teammates provide on-the-job training leasing consultants schedules company training Visually inspect prepare entire property office models compactor vacants curb appeal amenity areas daily cleanliness Inspect touch-up model vacant units Responsible maintaining work area office cleanliness Assists managing client owner relationship meeting owners conducting community tours providing updates information communities performance responding owner requests needed Processes resident move-outs reviewing lease terms notice requirements applying appropriate deposit lease cancellation fees applicable processing disposition accordance established procedures legal requirements
