    Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care.

    Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors.

    Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.


    Shifts Available:

    72 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule 72 hours per pay period/Night Shift/12-hour work schedule48 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work scheduleRequired qualifications:Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

    Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.

    Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
    American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), -or-Military Training Network (MTN) - (BLS Provider) upon hire

    Experience Required for Staff RN:
    1 year Nursing ExperienceExperience Required for Fellow RN:1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hireExperience Required for Resident RN:Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or lessPreferred qualifications:National Certification in area of specialty
