Job Summary
We're looking for a talented leasing consultant who will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.The leasing consultant is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
Able to focus on the needs of others by listening understanding showing empathy respect Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current residents promotes a quality living experience for all Generates handles traffic qualifies prospective residents leases apartments prepares lease documentation completes move-in paperwork processes Maintains accurate detailed records of traffic activity by entering applicable information into computer Follows up with all prospective residents via phone mail email Converts phone traffic into scheduled appointments with prospective residents in order to tour property Inspects apartments prior to resident move-ins ensures apartments are in move-in condition by coordinating moving needs schedules maintenance team Creates maintains confidential resident files which include reviewing moves paperwork new Residents Completes weekly leasing reports in accurate timely fashion Ensures open close procedures completed daily Assists ongoing relations throughout tenancy ensuring requests responded promptly accurately Responsible shopping competitive properties Inspects buildings grounds safety cleanliness alerts maintenance items repaired Assist processing work orders completes work timely Supports management providing clerical support answering calls filing processing invoices needed May asked assist planning implementing activities increase retention Complies company policies health safety rules regulations local state federal laws Performs duties assigned.
